Our cats are our lives and I'm so grateful we don't have to crapshoot where to take them. Every single doc and tech have been caring, professional and educated with proficiency to what is needed and when. Like any profession, there are stinkers with horror stories but thankfully our babies will not know that as long as we live here. Thank you Sound Cat crew! ❤️

As someone with an accident prone cat, I love this place. They are a local business who really works with their clients for emergencies. They even let me borrow a cat carrier when I didn’t have one big enough for my cat.

Yesterday my niece-cat received horrible care and was sent home without her needs being met. It is very clear, after spending another day at another vet, that she was still in pain last night and not feeling herself. After receiving proper care she is back to her normal self today. Raising your voice at customers is never acceptable. I am beyond disappointed. I hope that clients in the future will be met with kindness and adaptability to making a proper care plan. Extracting all of a cats teeth is never the first or only solution (sincerely, someone who has had multiple cats with the same situation). It deeply saddens me that our cat spent an unnecessary night in pain due to negligence.

paid $180 to take my cat home with just gabapentin (no antibiotics) when i was told during the visit that she has an abscess in her mouth and will likely need all her teeth removed? (despite the fact that she's been eating her dry food with no problem). and the cost if i were to have her teeth removed was $2000... needless to say i am SHOCKED at the negligence. I booked an appointment because my cat has had respiratory issues, but all they wanted to focus on were her teeth. also, the cat in the waiting room is grossly untrained and stressed my cat out. the light was on at the front desk signifying that a cat was being euthanized at the practice (so we should be quiet), yet the receptionists were yapping it up and ignoring me in the process!
