Usually good service. Sometimes, it's dependent on which doctor you get and who is working the front desk when you arrive.

Extremely disappointed with this clinic. This is the third time they have cancelled our appointment in just two weeks. At first, they blamed emergency surgeries—which we completely understood at the time. However, after rescheduling, we showed up only to be told there was an "issue with the doctor" and were forced to reschedule again. Today, they sent another message claiming the doctor is sick. Having three consecutive cancellations makes it impossible to trust them. It feels like they have no respect for people's time, which makes me deeply concerned about their level of responsibility and reliability when it comes to taking care of our pets. Zero reliability. I would not recommend this place.

HOLY Fire Love Angel SPIRIT

🐍UNPROFESSIONAL🐍 No doubt about it; Sienna Intentionally missscheduled a very important appt for my wounded cat. Set us back days. Then trying to schedule 5 days out on top of their mistake. No thank you. Very unprofessional PLACE . Something in my gut (Holy Spirit) was telling me to call the place to confirm right appt day. If you’re reading this. HOLY✝️ Fire🔥, Love❤️‍🔥 and Angel😇 SPIRIT😎 to YOU🙏🏻 ⭐️⭐️HEBREWS 12:29 & 1:7, 14 AMP⭐️⭐️ "for our God is [indeed] a consuming fire” "And concerning the angels He says, “Who makes His angels winds, And His ministering servants flames of fire [to do His bidding].” Are not all the angels ministering spirits sent out [by God] to serve (accompany, protect) those who will inherit salvation? [Of course they are!]”

This was the most aggravating, difficult experience I’ve ever had. Apparently they have been giving my dog the wrong medication for the last few months. Apparently it takes over an hour to pick up a simple flea and tic medication. They had to change my plan after I’ve been on the same plan for a year, update me, give me a call and have no idea what they’re talking about. The whole front desk staff needs to be replaced immediately.
